Jane Pavelka (DRE #01381422) has been an integral part of the Northern Sonoma County real estate market, having been one of the top producing agents in this market area for the past eight years. She has recently earned the nationally recognized Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification.
Ron Pavelka (DRE #01476514) graduated from the Senior Advantage Real Estate Course and attained his Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) credential. In addition to selling homes and commercial properties, Ron is also the Managing Partner in North County Property Management, a full-service property management company specializing in vacation property, investment property, commercial property and apartment complexes. Ron's vast background in the nation's corporate arena adds a valuable perspective not often seen in the real estate market.
Jane & Ron have been a part of the bucolic community of Cloverdale for over twenty years, having raised their two children and been actively involved in such vital organizations as the Boys & Girls Club, Toastmasters, Little League, Ponytail Softball and High School Sports, the Chamber of Commerce and Planning Commission. Ron currently serves as a Trustee on the Healthcare Foundation Northern Sonoma County, on the Advisory Board of the Cloverdale Arts Alliance and volunteers his time, energy and knowledge to many other organizations throughout the community. The Pavelka Team are members of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Northbay Association of Realtors along with the Cloverdale and Geyserville Chambers of Commerce.
When not working with their clients or volunteering their time, the Pavelkas enjoy traveling and scuba diving, along with mushrooming, hiking and long distance bicycle riding throughout the Wine Country.
